Real Estate is a competitive industry. Every Realtor you meet says something like “List with Me, I can do better job,” But how can this be true? How do you pick the right agent or team in this confusing “me too” environment?

We will make your job easier through better communication, superior Internet based marketing, and timely file follow through.
I have completed the following distressed property certifications as my commitment to the REO and distressed property environment in which we work in today: CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), Certified HAFA Specialist, RDCPro (REO Default Certified Professional) after completing the REO Best Practices & Advanced Evaluations, and REO Certified fka FSP (Five Star Professional) after finishing the required course work from the Five Star Institute .I also work within the Equator fka REOtrans and RES.net system. Within the Equator system, I have been Platinum Certified as well as REO & Short Sale Certified.
Demonstrating my continued commitment to provide value to real estate investors, especially in light of all the distressed real estate and opportunities that they present within the marketplace today, I have completed the CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) designation. This program and its training provide additional information and resources that augment the real estate investment classes and real estate investment book that I have written and created. With my CIAS affiliation, I have access to a number of different investment analysis calculators and worksheets as well as supplemental information that my clients can utilize determining if a particular property is right for them in helping them reach their investment goals. While real estate investing is not without risk, and there are no guarantees it will be profitable, it may be something to consider once you have researched the topic thoroughly.
